About me
Born in Milan, Italy, I spent the first 10 years of my life in Northern Italy. Here I developed a passion for swimming, and when I was nine I qualified for the National Championship with my swimming team. It was an incredible and unique experience.
When I was 10, my family and I moved to Geneva, Switzerland. I was suddenly in an unknown environment, in a French speaking country, in an English speaking school, without any knowledge of either language or knowing anybody. Nevertheless, I thrived in this environment, learning both languages quickly, adding German classes on top, and developing a keen interest in Technology and Science. At the International school of Geneva, I completed my IGCSE and IB programs. Additionally, I joined the basketball team and became its captain. We competed at a National and International level.
After secondary school, I decided to move to England to continue my studies in physics, and I was accepted at the University of Southampton for a Masters degree. Once again, I am in a new, challenging environment. What can I say but that I am loving every second of it.
